1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the h 555 platform — whether through the website, any associated mobile interface, or any other access point — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. 3 Account Rules & Responsibilities

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on h 555. Operating, or attempting to operate, more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your account.

Any activity carried out through your account while it is logged in is considered to have been authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally performed the activity. h 555 accepts no responsibility for losses or other consequences arising from unauthorised use of your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal details held on your account are kept up to date. h 555 may contact you using the contact information registered on your account for important platform communications and verification purposes.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on h 555 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, mobile wallets and cards as payment methods. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the platform's deposit and withdrawal sections.

Deposits made to your h 555 account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. h 555 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches the name on your h 555 account.

h 555 is not responsible for delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing that are caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing times or network issues outside of the platform's control. Typical processing timeframes are displayed within the deposit and withdrawal sections of the platform.

h 555 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, particularly for larger amounts or where there is a reason to verify the source of funds. This is a standard platform practice and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

5 Betting Rules & Settlement

All bets placed on h 555 — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and all other sports markets — are subject to the specific rules published for each market type. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable market rules.

Bets are only confirmed and valid once accepted by the h 555 system and a confirmation is displayed or sent to you. Bets that have not been formally confirmed are not valid. h 555 is not responsible for bets that fail to be placed due to connectivity issues, device problems or any other circumstance outside the platform's control.

h 555 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at an incorrect or erroneous price, or where a system error has led to odds being displayed incorrectly. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

All settled bets are final unless h 555 identifies a clear and demonstrable error in settlement. Queries regarding bet settlement must be raised with the support team within 30 days of the bet being settled. h 555 will not review settlement queries raised after this window.

In-play betting markets on cricket, PSL and other sports are subject to the same rules as pre-match markets, with the additional condition that bets may be suspended or restricted during live events at the discretion of the h 555 trading team. Odds during live betting are subject to rapid change and the price at which a bet is confirmed is the price that applies.

6 Casino & Slots Rules

All casino games, slots and live casino products available on h 555 are governed by the rules specific to each individual game title, as published by the respective game provider. By playing any casino or slots game, you accept the game's specific rules in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

h 555 hosts games from third-party game providers. In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on your screen and what is recorded in the game server's log, the server log is the authoritative record and will be used to resolve any dispute.

Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, through coordinated wagering across accounts, or through any other method designed to exploit promotional offers is prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the h 555 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 18 years of age.
• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading or inaccurate information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human means to place bets, access the platform or interact with any h 555 system.
• Exploiting platform errors, system glitches or incorrectly displayed odds to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting or any coordinated wagering strategy that h 555 determines to be in bad faith.
• Colluding with other players, including through chip dumping in live casino games or coordinated in-play betting on cricket or other sports markets.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, illegal or unauthorised means.
• Attempting to launder money or use h 555 for any financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing h 555 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

h 555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — cases where the platform has reason to believe that a player has breached these Terms and Conditions, has provided false information, is involved in prohibited conduct, or where account activity triggers fraud or security alerts.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, h 555 will endeavour to communicate with the affected player through the contact details registered on the account. The outcome of the investigation may result in reinstatement, partial reinstatement with restrictions, or permanent closure of the account.

If an account is closed as a result of a confirmed breach of these Terms and Conditions, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited in part or in full, depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their h 555 account may contact the support team to request closure. Account closure requests made through the self-exclusion route will follow the responsible gaming procedures outlined in Section 12.

10 Limitation of Liability

h 555 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to all features at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service provider issues and factors outside the platform's control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all features.

h 555's total liability to any individual player in respect of any claim or series of related claims arising from these Terms and Conditions or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability in cases where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful under applicable law.
